FRÖMAG produces machines in the field of production keyseating, profiling, slotting and broaching.
It also has an extensive keyseating and broaching sub-contracting business.

Mitts & Merrill, Harvard, IL. invented the Keyseater in 1898 in Saginaw, MI.
The company produces and sells its K-Series
and L-Series machine, tooling and cutters.
It also represents the FRÖMAG product line for the North, Central and South American Markets.

MM Tool & Die L.P., Tavares, FL. joined the group in 1998 when purchased by Mitts & Merrill.
MM Tool & Die manufactures most of the Mitts & Merrill tooling and cutters.
